He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo I. Phillips and Effie Lee Phillips; and his wife Mary Jo Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Michael Phillips (Sandra), Gail Clemmons and Keith Phillips. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
