He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Schlatter and Helen Schlatter; and his brother Harry L. Schlatter. He is survived by: his children, Cindi Turner (Bill) and Brian Schlatter (Sarah); his grandchildren, Sebastian Schlatter and Scarlett Schlatter; his brother Michael J. Schlatter; and his close friends, Tony, Linda Stamm and Alice Ferrara.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Emerald Coast Funeral Home (161 Racetrack Rd NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society in his memory.
