He is survived by: his parents, Laurence Dietzen and Martha Dietzen; and his siblings, Christopher (Ann Dietzen), Gary (Carolyn Dietzen) and Michelle (Tim Henderson). He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews, and 6 great nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to Pathways for Change in honor of Doug Dietzen.
