He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bell and Phyllis Bell; and his siblings, Jacqueline Dodd, Norma Bell and Ephriam Bell.
He is survived by: his pet Sundae; his daughters, Ruth Ann Rusinko (Joe) and Kim Bell (Jim); his grandchildren, Stephanie Farmer (Brad), Allison McCord, Mark McCord (Melaina), Bobby Ecret (Emma), Stacy Ecret (PJ) and Theodore Bell; his great grandchildren, Trevor, Nathan, Gabriel, Charlotte, Isabelle and Sophia; and his siblings, Sharon Gant (Mike), Tootie Neeves (Bob), Kathy Mahoney (late Ed) and Beverly Bell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He took much pride in his contributions to building the church including laying the brick, a skill he learned from his cousins.
