He is survived by: his close friend Gilmer Godfrey; his spouse Shirley Shapiro; his daughters, Eileen Kozloff and Carol Shapiro; his grandsons, Justin Cohan-Shapiro, Ian Cohan-Shapiro and Jeff A. Kozloff; and his great grandchildren, Whitney Cohan, Harriet Cohan, Matias Cohan, Olivia Kozloff, Alexis Kozloff and Thomas Kozloff.
