She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Parson and Neomi Parson; her husband Bobbie Horner; and her brothers, Dale and Richard Parson.
She is survived by: her children, Curtis Horner, Craig Horner (Phyllis), Christine Horner and Connie Jenkins (Matthew). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
