He was predeceased by: his father Richard Parks; and his grandmother Ellen Hayes. He is survived by: his mother Celine Hayes Parks; his caregiver Sally Brooks; his siblings, Clifford Parks (Pat), Dawn Parks, Celine Ward (Andy), Brian Parks and Christopher Parks (Jessica); and his nieces and nephews, Dustin, Richie, Ellena, Jessica (Felix), Jon, Tara (Dave), Drew, Christopher, Logan, Aiden and Emily. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
