She was predeceased by: her parents, Louisa Murdaugh-Johns and Frank Johns; her daughter Renee Johns; and her sisters, Alberta Johnson and Ann Johns-Clinton.

She is survived by: her husband Rufus Robbins; her children, Donald Johns (Claudette), Gary Chaney (Diane), Dexter Johns (Darlene), Annette Wallace (Charles), Tandra Washington (Darryl) and Anastasia Johns; and her grandchildren, Tarik Johns (Alisha), Tennille Chaney, Tyrell Williams, Gary Chaney (Precious), Darry Chaney, Jamar Chaney (Shamira), Corey Johns, Brittney Williams, Arnisha, Arhianna Johns, Jalisa Chaney, Shaquita Steplin (Jamier), Cynthia Cooper (Nicholas), Dionte Johns, Dreavion, Dorian Johns, Destyni Washington and Maybell Wheeler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
