It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Dewight Parmelee (Fort Pierce, Florida), born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Parmelee and Libby Parmelee (Wexler); and his siblings, Alexander Kogen and Marion Zeller. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Johnson; his son Robert, Jr.; his granddaughter Christina; his daughter Christina; and his grandchildren, Emmanuelle, Derek, Jesse and James Parmelee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He split his time between Battle Creek, MI and Fort Pierce, FL, where he died of COVID and related pneumonia.
