He was predeceased by: his father Jack Johnson; and his sister Vickie Sudsbury. He is survived by: his wife Carol Houser; his children, Tammy Hearst, Tracey Brand and Jack Johnson, II; his siblings, Jackie Adams, Kim Lancaster, Linda Hagger, Debbie Friedman, Pam Fredrich, David Johnson and Lance Johnson; and his mother Nancy Johnson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
