She is survived by: her husband Jim Astemborski; her son Andrew Astemborski; her grandchildren, Cole, Piper and Ava Astemborski; and her siblings, Jerry VanVoorst, Jay VanVoorst, Dewey Jones, Eric Jones and Janette Philpot.
