He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Bell Ryals-Hamilton and Bronson Toney, Sr.; his daughter Charlene Patricia Ryals; and his sisters, Karla E. Ryals, Delores Toney and Rosette Toney.
He is survived by: his daughters, Chasity Ryals of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. and Cassandra Stephene-Jackson (Bobby) of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.; his siblings, Bernie Ryals (Louise) of Miami, Bronson Toney, Jr. and Brenda Ryals-Elmore; and his nieces and nephews, Leslie Ryals-Reeves, Renita Byrd of Fort Pierce, Nicole C. Moore of Ft. Pierce, Natissa Adderley of Georgia, LaSonja Grimsley (Marvin), Kevin Ryals, Sr. (Deborah) and Roosevelt Bembry, Sr. (Precious). He is also survived by cousins, great nieces, and great nephews.
