He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Edward Schiapelli and Malinda Fagen-Schiapelli; and his sisters, Katherine M. Belmont, Gloria S. Simoneta and Ermagene M. Schiapelli.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer and Peter, III; his granddaughter Tayler Leigh Schock; and his siblings, Edward Victor Schiapelli and Carolyn V. Brode. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
