He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Miller of Fort Pierce; and his children, Joe Miller of Vero Beach, Mark Miller of Vero Beach and Kathey Miller of Vero Beach. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
