He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Weldon Lewis and Jane Lewis of Ft. Pierce; his brothers, Courtland Lewis of Unicoi, Tennessee and Warren Lewis of Vero Beach; his sisters-in-law, Margaret and Karen Lewis; his nephew Jamey Lewis (Teresa); his niece Darcy Lewis (Simeon); his great-nephews, Taylor, Ethan, Noah and Max; and his cousins, Kathy Johnson of Ocala and Jane DeVos of Spruce Pine.
