He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Toole and Margorie O'Toole. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia MacDougall; his wife Diane O'Toole (Newcomb); his brother Mark O'Toole; his children, Mary O'Toole, Tracy O'Toole, Jennifer O'Toole (Parsons), Chris MacDougall and Molly MacDougall; his niece AnnMarie O'Toole (Caldwell); and his pet Grey. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
