He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Moore. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Gainer of St. Lucie County; his father Eugene Gainer of New Alexandria; his siblings, Dennis Gainer and Mary Pat Gainer of Pennsylvania; and his aunt JoAnn Merge of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several cousins and nieces.
A celebration of Life will be held at a later date, in lieu of flowers, you can send a do-nation in memory of Michael to Mooseheart.
