In the vast expanse of eternity, Mary Elizabeth shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mary Elizabeth farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Higgins and Sarah Higgins; her husband Philip A Kornely Jr.; her son Philip Kornely III; and her siblings, Robert Higgins and Joan Heichert.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Clements, Diane Stedfelt and Maryann Kornely. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
