He was predeceased by: his father Henry Middlebrooks; his siblings, Gail Hurst of Orlando and Khaleeq Hodari; his sister-in-law Bouchra Hodari (Georga) of Atlanta; his children, Mark Middlebrooks Jr. of Indianola, Tiquilia Cook of Fort Pierce and Tiffani Middlebrooks of Orlando; and his nieces and nephews, Lori Tramble of Orlando, Keisha Hurst of Fort Pierce, Natrice Clark of Fort Pierce, Christina Akeyla Williams of Fort Pierce, Angela Williams-Owens of Houston, Jasmine Hurst of Pennsacola Florida, Tahara Cherry of Orlando, LaMario Williams, Augutus Irving of Fort Pierce, Nate Mandela Hurst of Vero Beach, Vincent Haslem and Latavius Morris of Orlando.
He is survived by: his sisters, Regina Hurst and Cheryl Hurst-Williams of Fort Pierce.
