“Linda Griffen Whaley one of my best friends for 42 years. Had a heart attack and went to be with the Lord recently. She had had a long hard battle with breast cancer, been declared cancer free for a few years then it came back and spread to the brain. She had recenltly undergone brain surgery and came through that but being strongwilled and determined to go home from the rehabilitation facility after several weeks stay in the hospital and there she had a massive heart attack. Linda was a strong christian, a women of great faith. God used her in the prophetic gifts. She had a great sense of humor and was always full of joy. She had many life challanges but maintained hope through them by her strong faith in God. She was always encouraging., always saw the best in others and believed in them even when no one else seemed to. You could tell her anything she was a great listener and talker and would never judge you. She was authentic, always keeping it real. I loved her dearly and she was as a mentor to me. She had been saved since a child and her mom was a “prophetess”. They moved and were experienced seasoned belivers in the things of God. She was a “rock” unmoveable in her faith and trust in God. She went through some extremely difficult things in her life but amazed me with her constant strong attitude of joy, hope and knowing God was in control and she was going to get through it. She will be strongly missed. I can not say enough to adequately appreciate her. We will meet again on the other side.”
