She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Higgins and Lizzie Sumling Higgins; her husband Charlie Williams; her grandparents, Charlie Sr. and Mattie Wiggins Sumling; her children, Darlene Williams, Vernon Eugene Williams and Victoria Paul Barber; her brothers, S. B. Higgins, Wallace Lyles, Sam Higgins and Charlie Mack Lyles; and her grandchildren, Vernon E. Ferguson, Baby A. Barber, Shawn Williams, April Williams and TaRhonda Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Leon Williams, Sr. (Theodora) of Port St, Shelby J. Jones of Port St, Ruby L. Green of Murfreesboro, TN, Sharon L. Coplin (Leon) and Tangerla D. Griffin (Michael) of Fort Pierce, FL; her stepchildren, Ronnie Carl Williams and Anne Marie Williams of Fort Pierce, FL; her uncle Willie James Sumling (Jessie) of Doerun, GA; and her sisters-in-law, Ora Lee Lewis and Beulah Lyles of Fort Pierce, FL. She is also survived by grandchildren; sixty (60) great-grandchildren; twenty-five (25) great-great-grandchildren.
