He is survived by: his wife Patricia Patrick; his daughter Samantha Donaldson; his stepchildren, Sabrina Whitehead, Angela Whitehead and David Whitehead; and his sisters, Beatrice William (Clarence) and Shirley Bean (Willie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
