He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Wagoner and Mary Wagoner; and his siblings, A. C. Wagoner, MeryLou Sandford and Marcella Franklin.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Wagoner; his children, Cathy Fleming, Michele Wagoner and Dylan Wagoner; and his grandchildren, Devyn Bronson, Savannah Bronson, Arthur Wagoner, Adrian Fleming and Glenn Fleming. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
