He is survived by: his children, Lil Larry, Miziki Sanders, Cheyenne Sanders and Larry Sanders II; his siblings, Bishop Arthur Sanders Jr., Bishop Lorenzia Sanders (Vernetta), Dwight Sanders, Joyce Ann Harris, Sheila Bryant (Curtis) and Sophia Gills; and his grandchildren, Antonio Harris, Demetria Brown, Deon Brown, Romance Gilmore, Jaden Williams, Jasiah Sanders, Jynesis Sanders, Jaleel Sanders and Zane Sanders. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
