He is survived by: his wife Betty Sheats; his children, Barbara Milam of Ocala, FL, Kenneth Sheats Jr. of Port Richey, FL and Bruce Allen Cook; his siblings, Clarice Simmons, Madeline McCammon, Dawn Garland, Laurie Rabah, Richard, Daniel and William Sheats; his grandchildren, Destiny McClure, Grayson Miller, Alexis Mellor, Nevaeh Sheats, Sydney Sheats and Talon Sheats; and his great grandchildren, Jeremiah Miller, Briella Pampano, Leilani Spahr, Presley Mellor and Maeven McClure. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
