She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Mullen and Frances Mullen; and her brother Richard Mullen. She is survived by: her husband John A. Klimek, Jr.; her children, Johnathon H. Klimek and Tamy Klimek Walker (Richard); her grandchildren, Sierra, Patrick, Edison and Christopher; her siblings, Avis Smith, Christine Slozat, Cynthia Taylor, Robin Jesse and Larry Mullen; and her close friend John.
