She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Fortino and Mary Fortino (Mastranardo); her husband Joseph L. Zappia, Sr.; her son Anthony Zappia; and her siblings, Rose Pierantozzi, Vincent, Peter and Frank Fortino.
She is survived by: her children, Mia Porter (Doug) and Joseph Zappia (Sylvia Dailey); and her grandchildren, Sarah Barsky (Porter), Joseph Zappia, Derek Porter, Anthony, Justin and Samuel Zappia. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
