He is survived by: his wife Angelita Ruiz of Fort Pierce, FL; his children, Maria Magana, Monico Gomez, Angela Peralta, Elizabeth Moreno, Jose Ruiz, Jr., Deliris Ruiz and Nancy Ruiz; and his siblings, Maria Ponce, Brenda Meadows, Mary Velasquez, Anna Ruiz-Sisco, Carmen Arbelo and David Ruiz. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
