She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas O'Brien and Eleanor O'Brien; and her siblings, Elaine, Thomas and Raymond.
She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Mac Dougall; her children, Glenn (Lisa), Donald (Dawn), Wendell (Linda), Bonnie Brown (Bill Parker), Lawrence (Jennifer) and Greg (Judy); her grandchildren, Kelli, Michael, Jeffrey, Corey, James, Shane, Tara, Derek, Aiden, Maggie, Molly, Brandon and Logan; and her great grandchildren, Alana, Finley, Maisie, Carter, Benjamin, Evelyn, Bridgette, Connor, Javier, Mariah and Anthony.
