He was predeceased by: his parents, William Myall and Sheila Myall; and his former wife Sharon Cabral. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Myall of St. Lucie County; his stepson Lindsay Stead, Jr. (Ruth); his siblings, Pam Jensen of Port St, Julie Myall (David) of Jensen Beach, FL and Greg Myall (Sandy) of Georgia; his stepdaughter Shelly Cabral of Bell, FL; his nieces and nephews, Brian Simpson (Charlsey), Melissa Oslager (Shane), Bridget Gouret, Brittney Myall, Autumn Lloyd and Chuckie Bateman; and his great-nephew Weston Oslager. He is also survived by 7 step-grandchildren.
