She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattie Watkins Bailey and Able Watkins; her daughter Jeanette Watkins; and her siblings, Shirley Watkins Pittman, Mary Watkins and Able Watkins, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Baggett, Jurmaine Baggett, Jermiah Ruth and Bernice Ruth (Lisa Hudson); her siblings, Everlean Grant of Fort Pierce, Betty Simpson (Willie), Georgia, Catrena Watkins of North Dakota and Tyrone Jackson of North Dakota, Special; and her nieces, Mildred Mitchell and Yvonne Joseph. She is also survived by nieces and nephews family and friends.
