Barlowe (Fort Pierce, Florida), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 24, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Barlowe; and her brother Enoch Schwartz. She is survived by: her daughter Linda Licari of Vero Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Linda Licari Reed of Vero Beach, Holli Gray Luring of Ohio, April Kirk of North Carolina and Dylan Castner of Texas; her great grandchildren, Dylan and Jillian Licari; and her niece Karen Schwartz of Laurel, DE..
