We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2021, at the age of 87, James R. Polk of Fort Pierce, Florida, born in Queens, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Ann; his siblings, Chip, Connie and Flo; and his parents, Theodore and Madeline.

He is survived by: his children, Nickolas Polk (Michelle) of Atlanta, GA, John Polk (Julia) of Lynchburg, VA, Linda Reichert (Skip) of Bellefonte, PA, Jacqui Barago (Jimmie) of Wantagh, NY and Joanne MacMundo of Levittown, NY..
