He is survived by: his siblings, Roy Barker (Nancy) of Vero Beach, FL, Curtis Barker of Fort Pierce, FL and Betty Meyer of Fort Pierce, FL; and his sons, Kirk Barker (Darlene) of Gallipolis Ferry, WV and Logan Winn of Fort Pierce, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
