He was predeceased by: his wife Dawn K. Frazier. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Reyes "Martin" of Fort Pierce, FL; and his granddaughters, Silvia of Fort Pierce, FL, Sara of Fort Pierce, FL, Vanessa of Fort Pierce, FL and Michelle of Fort Pierce, FL. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
