He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jean Hazellief; his daughter Suzanne Bowles; and his brother Lamar Hazellief. He is survived by: his sons, Gary Hazellief (Cary) and Mike Hazellief (Brenda); his sister Barbara Jean Bow; his significant other Jenny Hoy of North Carolina; and also West Palm. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
