He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Allie Newbern and W. C. Newbern; his brother Larry; his children, Angela Ewers (Gary) of Fort Pierce, FL and Lee Newbern of Fort Pierce, FL; his grandchildren, Allie Mosher (Kyle) of Fort Pierce, FL, Abbie Newbern of Fort Pierce, FL and Cole Newbern of Fort Pierce, FL; and also, Ann Radlein of Cocoa, FL and Faye Higgs (Emery) of Florence, SC. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
