He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Troop Loucks and Otis Charles Loucks; his son Lance Christopher Loucks (Barbara Anne Loucks); and his sister Barbara Loucks Vanderhoff. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Anne Loucks, Glenn William Loucks Jr., Kathleen Helen Gaston and Russell Otis Loucks; and also Mary Mae Stansfield of New Jersey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and 8 nieces and nephews.
