He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Starkey and Agnes Robb Starkey. He is survived by: his wife Sandra C Coy; and his children, Pamela Henchey, Debra Briere, David Starkey of Ma and Kimberly Gibbs (Scott Starkey). He is also survived by brother in NH, A Brother in-law in FL, numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
