He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Sloan of Fort Pierce, FL; his children, Chloe Urrea of Fort Pierce, FL, Cierra Sloan of Fort Pierce, FL and Chase Sloan of Fort Pierce, FL; and his sisters, Susan Amedure of Sebastian, FL, Lisa Sloan of Maryland and Karen Milton of Tennessee.
