It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Aigotti Simmons of Fort Pierce, Florida, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ted Simmons Sr.; her son Teddy Simmons Jr.; and her grandson Teddy Simmons III. She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Rhoat; her son-in-law Donald Rhoat; her daughter Joan Cheddie; her son-in-law Naraish Cheddie; her grandchildren, Brittney Simmons, Tyler Simmons, Chamalie Cheddie and Vishnu Cheddie; and her great grandchild Jackson Lyons.
