He was predeceased by: his parents, Amil Kaiser and Emma Kaiser (Miller); and his siblings, Lester, Paul, Cecil Kaiser, Mina Alexander and Helen Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Kaiser (Hanson); his sons, Ray Kaiser of Rock Falls and Steve Kaiser (Mary) of Jackson, Michigan; and his grandchild Lynn Hughes. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
In memory of Eugene, and in lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to The Treasure Coast Hospice House of Ft. Pierce, Florida.
