He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hazellief and Santina Hazellief (Fazzalaro). He is survived by: his wife Jean Hazellief of Fort Pierce, FL; his children, Christopher Hazellief (Michelle) of Vero Beach, FL and Kristyn Caulley of Fort Pierce, FL; his sister Judi Newell of Fort Pierce, FL; and his grandchildren, Connor, Clarissa and Nicole Hazellief.

Pierce, FL.
