He is survived by: his son Todd Edward Smith (Ann K. Smith); his grandchildren, Nicholas Chalos, Kathleen Grace Chalos and Jackson Chalos; and his sister Carolyn Clousson (Jerry Clousson). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
