It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward Eugene Stokes (Fort Pierce, Florida), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 1, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gail Stokes and Frances Kesterson Stokes; his son-in-law Russell Mastroff; his sister Eileen Stokes Moody; and his niece Debbie Moody.

He is survived by: his wife Eva Apple Stokes; his daughter Davita Stokes Mastroff; his granddaughter Raechel Mastroff; and his sister-in-law Karen Hewitt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
