It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Piecka (Fort Pierce, Florida), who passed away on September 10, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Martin Poniatowski; and her siblings, Felix Poniatowski, Frank Poniatowski, Stanley Poniatowski, Josephine Pytko and Genevieve Lucas.
She is survived by: her parent Victoria Poniatowski; her spouses, John J. Kaleta and Frank N. Piecka; her children, Jacqueline M. Sanz, Rene of Stratford, CT, Her, Edward J. Kaleta of Bellingham, MA, Janet M. Newton (Dan) of Valparaiso, IN and John M. Kaleta of Eagle Lake, ME.; her grandchildren, Carrie J. Sanz, Avril M. Sanz, Jacqueline R. Sanz Respeto, Michelle Kaleta, Amy Ignacio, Tyler Kaleta, Melanie Kaleta, Ian Kaleta, Emily Kaleta and Gabriela Newton; her great grandchildren, Ethan Lah, Zane Respeto, Quinn Respeto, Sydney Woods and Talia Ignacio; and also Mary of Bellingham, MA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations, if desired, made be made to the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation or the Alzheimer's Association.
