Dorothy A. Scotto Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy A. Scotto (Fort Pierce, Florida), born in Shirley, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold Scotto; her siblings, Edmond Clemenzi and Marie Yanaros; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas Scotto, Jr. and Sheridan Wiles.
She is survived by: her children, Dominick Scotto (Pandora) of Fort Pierce, Mary Heaton (David) of Canada, Rachel Garmon (Bob) of Arizona and Liberta Scotto of Fort Pierce; her grandchildren, Callista Bowes, David Scotto, Nicholas Scotto, Anna Maria Nilles, Marina Steeves, Lara Heaton, Taj Garmon, Sky Garmon, Alexandra Poolt, Melanie Wiles and Michael Poolt; her great grandchildren, Penelope, Adelina, Ria, Avia, Dominick, Anastasia, Theodore, Silva, Winter, Forrest, Bodhi, Nyal, Jackson, Gabriel, Asher and Rosemary; and her siblings, Laura Cameron and Robert Clemenzi. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Hospice, the Manatee Center, and the St. Anastasia Thrift Store were familiar with her meaningful contributions to these organizations until age 99 when Covid interrupted this volunteer routine.
