She was predeceased by: her father Oscar Haugabook, Sr.; her grandparents, Oscar, Delia Haugabook, T. W. and Essie Mae Walker; her sister Linda Haugabook Kaleem; and her nephews, Tracy Durant and Joseph Haugabook.

She is survived by: her sons, Otis McIntosh and Javier Haugabook; her mother Maurine Haugabook; her siblings, Willie Haugabook (MaryAnn), Shelly Blaise, Jerome Haugabook (Rhonda), Joe Haugabook (Tammy), Cornell Haugabook (Andrea), JoAnn Haugabook, Michael Haugabook (Deja) and Allen Haugabook; and her grandchildren, Maliek McIntosh, Lucas McIntosh, Isreal McIntosh, Jase Lindsey, London Cox and Nehemiah McIntosh. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
