He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Belle Jeffords Rice; and his siblings, Matty Rice and Jane Rice Yemington. He is survived by: his children, Donald Lance Rice of Phoenix, AZ, Jane K. Rice of Ft. Pierce, FL, Lawrence D. Rice of Loveland, CO and Steven J. Rice of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Graland or St. Martins Schools.
