He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon John and Ruth Christine Walters. He is survived by: his wife Paula Williams Walters; and his siblings, Mark Walters (Carolyn), Mary Walters, Lois Gordy (Jim), Linda Hays (Pete) and Janet Wilkinson (Neal). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
